Mike, Karen and Eve were fantastic to work with. Mike Lies and his team is world class! Mike really does the research on your home's value and current market trends and gives great advise as to how much your home is worth and potentially worth with some improvements as well as the marketability of your home at that price. Mike even took time with us to set up showings and show us our competition in our neighborhood. Mike is also very professional in how he shows homes and provides information on the comps of similar homes in the area. Mike also went the extra mile during the contractual process in meeting with the appraiser to help insure we get a fair appraisal as well as taking time whilst on vacation to still handle the negotiations with our buyer. Although we have not started the process of looking for and purchasing our next home we will be definitely using Mike to help us with that process as well. Lastly, his support team is awesome they are very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had through the entire process. Mike Lies, Gold Compass Real Estate and his team is a model I wish more realtors would follow being trustworthy, honest, reliable and not just someone who wants a quick sale and commission.
